Interview Information
Once you’ve been contracted and invited to interview, you’ll receive an email.
In the email are instructions on how to book your interview via an online booking system – this is easily accessible on your mobile phone too. If you at any point have any problems booking your interview whether they be technical or are struggling to find a time that suits, we encourage you to contact us directly as soon as possible.
Prior to interview, we ask you to take the time to review the interactive resource – a Question of Care – which is linked in the same email and complete the activities ahead of meeting with us. Please do let us know if you encounter any problems with the resource ahead of your interview as we will be discussing your feedback when we meet you. You will receive a report when completed, please keep this safe – you can screenshot, print or save in some other manner – so you can discuss and share with us at interview stage.
Once you’ve booked your time slot, it’s up to you whether you attend virtually or in person. No choice is viewed less favourable; we recognise that the choice provides a flexible approach and want to be able to work around you as much as we can.
Please note that when attending an interview virtually, we expect you to treat the interview as you would any other and behave and present accordingly.
We ask that you please contact us if you are no longer available for interview and the email booking allows for easy rescheduling if and when needed.
Once we’ve conducted the interview with you, you can expect to hear back from us within 1-2 working days. If you’re not successful, you’ll receive an email informing you and encouraging you to contact us directly for any specific feedback if you so wish. We also direct you to a survey to help us capture relevant feedback and improve our processes.
