You’ve been informed you’ve been successful in your application and interviews, meaning you’ve been offered a conditional job offer, pending the respective checks that we are required to undertake prior to you starting your role.

You will shortly receive a formal conditional offer of employment.

Next, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting to complete your DBS check. If you already have a DBS check in place and we already have a copy, this will likely speed up this stage of the process.

The remainder of Stage 3 is made up of the following tasks, so please be aware that this stage may take some time:

• Two references to be received from previous employers and/or character reference where necessary
• Setup of induction e-learning and completion of Section One
• Staff Handbook to be sent out
• Welcome to Pineshield training session

We will be checking in with you throughout this stage of your journey and will be making further contact to explain how to access your e-learning, and to book your online/classroom-based training. Be sure to check out our website for more details on the training and support we offer.
