Care work can be rewarding and flexible but it’s not always the case. When times get tough, it’s even more important to strive for a healthy work/life balance. We understand that however much you want to make a difference, you have a life of your own

We advocate that providing care and support to others is a vocation, although we firmly understand that some people want to work flexibly around their daily commitments.  Whilst we can help you to choose your path into care, the needs of the people we support must take priority. Building a well-matched rota is an ongoing process and we need adaptable people who understand that working with people can mean for change, striving to always support them as best we can.

 

Our goals

Our goal is to continually develop a rota that matches your professional competencies and interests, whether you're looking for full-time or part-time. We provide rotas two weeks in advance; we don’t want you to be a slave to the rota. Runs mean for easier planning ahead, we hope to give you the tools to be able to plan your job and plan your life.

 

We understand

We understand that managing your money can be a challenge, particularly as things can change. When you’re reliant on your car for work, any car worries could easily translate to worries about being unable to do your job, on top of anything else life may throw at you.
