CAREERS

Care work can be rewarding and flexible but it’s not always the case. When times get tough, it’s even more important to strive for a health work/life balance.

A rewarding career in care awaits

As a growing company, we are always recruiting for enthusiastic people who are suited to working with adults and children with varying needs, supporting them to live independently in their own home.

Your role will include supporting people in their own homes, and in their local area, providing them with the care and support they need to maintain the quality of life they deserve. You may be helping someone with their daily routine, or taking someone swimming. Each day is different.

If you want to find that sense of purpose and can demonstrate you can be flexible and adaptable, we want to hear from you.

We have full-time, part-time and 'evenings and weekends only' contracts available with a competitive pay scale. In addition to your standard rate, we pay travel time and mileage on top. We also pay enhanced rates for evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work.

We offer guaranteed hours contracts after a successful probationary period of 3 months.

Full induction training is provided before starting work, so if you have the right values and the desire to make a difference, you’re fully equipped to apply today.

Please note that we only accept applications online

We want staff who aspire to:

Make a difference

Help families stay together

Develop a career

Be the best they can be

Have a sense of purpose
