We are an approved provider for locality working with Cardiff Council in Cardiff West, North and South West regions, and continue to take on work with the Local Health Board, Direct Payments (Dewis), and private clients across the City.
We currently deliver care across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan and are one of only 4 providers providing rapid response support to local hospitals enabling the safe discharge of vulnerable people back into their community

Who do we support?
We provide care and support for adults, children and elderly people with a vast variety of conditions and abilities. All our care is tailored to the individual and our comprehensive training programme reflects this. We deliver specialist training to ensure we can provide quality care for those with conditions such as Diabetes, Epilepsy, Autism, Dementia and many more.
