You will be supported from the very beginning, with paid induction training before you start, shadowing opportunities and ongoing guidance to help you feel confident in your role. As a Care Worker, you will support people with varying needs in their own homes and local communities, helping them maintain routines, independence and quality of life.
This may include helping with meals and drinks, attending activities or appointments, offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging people to remain as active, independent and involved as possible.
What we offer
Competitive pay
Earn £12.80 - £13.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Paid travel time and mileage
We pay travel time and mileage on top of your standard rate.
Enhanced rates
Earn enhanced rates for evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work.
Paid training and shadowing
Full induction training is provided before you start work, so you feel prepared and supported.
